There will be 5 game slots throughout the weekend.

Welcome Ceremony:  Friday Night  7pm (Attendance Mandatory.)

Game Slot One:  Friday Night  

8pm - 12/midnight (4 hours)

Game Slot Two:  Saturday Early

10am - 1pm (3 hours)

​

Lunch Break  1-2pm (1 hour)

​

Game Slot Three:  Saturday Afternoon

2pm-6pm (4 hours)

​

Dinner Break  6-8pm (2 hours)

​

Game Slot Four:  Saturday Late

8pm - 12/midnight (4 hours)

Game Slot Five:  Sunday

11am - 2pm (3 hours)

​

Closing Ceremony:  Sunday 3pm

GMs may request slots be extended 1 hour in either direction for their event. 
Allowances may have to be made if this encroaches on a meal break.

On Location will encompass Game Slots 1 through 4, with its own specific schedule to follow.  There will be a game briefing followed by a relaxed start later on Friday evening.  The game will encompass all of Saturday, with breaks for food.
