Step 2 - We want your games!

Think you might want to run a game or event? 

Tell us about it and we'll see if we can make it work.  

We're open to more serious board games (get that game of Terraforming Mars or Captain Sonar in the schedule), TTRPGs, social events, crafting circles, and more.  Within, you know, certain public societal limits, time/space constraints, etc.

Here's a few general guidelines:

1) There are 5 game slots ranging from 3-4 hours.

GMs may request their slot be expanded by 1 hour in either direction,
but should make allowances or accommodation for any time falling into a meal break.
 

2) Decide how you feel about not having players sign up in advance.
This is all fairly loosey-goosey, and we expect early sign-ups to be slow.
We recommend bringing games you are relaxed to run, or not, as the day brings,
or take on the heavy-lifting of recruitment yourself in advance.

3) Nothing overly sporty or running about, no boffer.

4) Nothing worse than rated-R, and please try to keep language family-friendly,
we'll be less private than we're used to.

5) There is one board room which can be used for a single ttrpg per game slot.
Otherwise it'll be shared space with the board games expanding into the breakfast area.  We will take spacial constraints into consideration when putting the schedule together.

6) No posting about / advertising for your game until we've approved it, please.
