Gamefest: On Location

 

How do I Participate?

In order to come and play, GM, or just socialize - you'll need to fulfill a couple quick steps.  Some take more time than others, but they're all equally important to the success of not just your weekend, but to the group as a whole and the sanity of the GMs and Production Team.  So, please, be thorough.

1) Register!   (Link to Reg Form)
Please tell us you're coming.  This is super-important to help us plan for the weekend.   
Use this form to tell us whether you are coming for the LARP and/or Gamefest.

BEFORE YOU REGISTER, please review all our policies (Alcohol, Minors, Covid-19).

There are currently Two Ticket options for Labor Day Weekend.  

​

• Gamefest Weekend Pass

Gets you a Registration for the Con for Friday through Sunday.  You'll have access to all the open board gaming, and be able to sign up for table-top RPGs, as well an invitation to all social activities.  There will be a mix of events all weekend long.

• On Location LARP Reg (incluldes Gamefest Weekend Pass)

This gives you access to all of the Gamefest activities + a Registration for the LARP (taking place Friday evening and all of Saturday.)

There is a set Registration fee for either type of pass (with discounts for first-timers or those under 18).  

We do have space in the budget for some reduced fee helpers if that interests you;

• Additional Fees:  There is a $5 fee for new namebadge holders, payable in cash at check-in. 
  You must wear your namebadge in the meeting space area at all times. 
  If we have your namebadge holder saved from Relaxicon 2022, you'll be able to re-use this at no charge. 
  Please remember to turn in your namebadge at the end of the con to save yourself the fee next time. 
  Newcomers get their first namebadge holder free of charge.

See more on our Hotel Page.  Please book through us if possible - the hotel block has now expired, but Elyssia can probably help you get a room. Please note - the VENUE has changed - we will now be at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Glen Mills, PA.

Food: 

We will provide an area with light beverages and snacks.  You are on your own for meals.

​

Covid-19 Policy:
All attendees must be fully vaccinated, and be willing to follow any mask requirements or other covid precautions we implement (including both our big announcement in August, as well as any changes up to and including over the weekend).  We ask that you use antibac hand gel before and after playing board games, or touching anything that's in common use with other people (such as sharing dice).  

Full covid rules and our liability waiver will be posted here in August. 
All attendees must register and agree to this policy, and will be asked to sign a copy of the waiver when they arrive at check-in onsite.
