What does the Con cost?
$100 : Gamefest: Full Weekend Pass

(all LARP attendees must pay at least a $50 deposit to secure their spot.)

*First-Time Attendees are Registrants who have never attended an in-person event hosted by The Wilmark Dynasty.
There is no First-Time Attendee discount for the LARP pass.

What does my fee include?
You'll received access to the convention, games and events.
We will provide an area stocked with packaged snacks and bottled water. LARP tickets costs more to help offset the cost of decorations, props, printing, and other expenses required to produce these bigger games.
You are on your own for meals and lodging. There is a small bar onsite which serves some hot food (but is far too small to support a crush of people trying to order food all at once); the hotel is located across from King of Prussia Mall on 202, with plenty of food options in the vicinity. Please be aware you cannot walk to King of Prussia Mall, as there is no pedestrian crossing. Please plan to drive/uber or have food delivered to your hotel room.
Part of your fee for the weekend goes towards our storage and administrative annual upkeep.
Why is part of my fee non-refundable?
Whether you cancel or we cancel, The Wilmark Dynasty has annual expenses and event deposits and fees which will not be refunded to us. Unfortunately, unlike the "before times", we are not as well-protected against voluntary cancellation.
In general, we only get some or all of our money back if the government shuts down our event.
We will only issue full refunds in the case someone tests positive or displays symptoms for covid-19 and must cancel their individual attendance. We encourage all attendees to self-test or arrange a test during the week before the event, to help prevent everyone against the spread of the virus, particularly against asymptomatic cases.
The Wilmark Dynasty reserves the right to cancel this event for any reason at any time,
including (but not limited to) changing conditions with the pandemic or inclement weather.
Refunds will only be issued for money paid above the non-refundable deposits.
