Friday Night 5pm : Registration Desk Opens!

Friday Evening 7pm : Announcements & Welcome Social

Friday Evening 8pm - 12am : Game Slot One (4 hours);
                                                    Board Game Room Official Hours 8pm - 12am.

Friday Evening 12/midnight - 4am : All socializing should take place in the Main Event space
(no private parties or carrying over in game suites)

Saturday 10am:  Board Game Room Official Hours 10am - 4pm, 8pm - 12am.

Saturday 10am - 4pm : Game Slot Two (6 hour flexi-slot)
      Events lasting 4 hours+ in this slot must accommodate a meal break

      Pizza Lunch delivery - approx 12:30pm - Cost (cash at the door only) and last order deadline TBA.

Saturday 4pm - 6pm : Supper/Nap Break/Styx Prep

Saturday 6pm - 7pm : Amateur Night at the Styx!  (Dinner & a Show - BYO Dinner optional)

Saturday 7pm - 8pm : Styx overflow/Finish your Dinner/Prep for Evening Games

Saturday 8pm - 12am : Game Slot Three (4 hours)

Saturday Evening 12/midnight - 4am : All socializing should take place in the Main Event space

Saturday (tech. Sunday) 12:30am-1:30am : Singalong; Amazing Grace approx 1:30am.
