Step 2 - We want your games! 

 

After all, what's a con without games?!

Think you might want to run a game or event? 

Tell us about it and we'll see if we can make it work.  

1st Round Submission Deadline was Feb 28th.

We will continue to accept games and add them to the schedule as possible, tied closely to how many folks register for the con and what spaces are available.
Game Signups to begin approximately March 7th.

We're open to board games (get that game of Terraforming Mars or Captain Sonar in the schedule), TTRPGs, LARPs, mini-LARPs, social events, Jackbox, crafting circles, and more.  Within, you know, certain public societal limits, time constraints, etc.

Here's a few general guidelines:

1) Nothing sporty or running about, no boffer.

2) Nothing worse than rated-R.  Please restrain your language around young children.

​

3) We will have some "private spaces" this year.  There will be some designated hotel rooms (with larger kitchenettes or living spaces) doubled for use as event space.  The # of these rooms available will correlate directly to the number of registered attendees.  These will be used primarily for TTRPGs and small LARPs, will respect quiet hours of 9pm to 9am, and will have attendees or Council members personal belongings in them (so some extra guidance will be in place regarding covid, cleanliness, and privacy).

4) No posting about / advertising for your game until we've approved it, please.  
Please do not accept any signups until these have been formally opened.

5) We have an auditorium with projector screen available this year!  We hope to test the wifi speed soon (and gather the pertinent tech info about hookups), but would be happy to accept events that utilize this space, including activities such as films, jackbox, etc.

6) There are some photos below (some of the decorating may be out of date) to show some of the variety of spaces available.  The breakfast area (generally available 12/noon - 9pm), for instance, is less private but better lit and likely to be a bit quieter for a board game.   (We will not pre-schedule events in this space, but it will be available day-of for spillover.)  You will be given a chance to express location preferences on our form, if this is important to you.
