What does the Con cost?
 

Early-bird Savings ended Feb 28th.

Standard Rates will apply March 1 - April 14th. 
(Please note that hotel reservations end March 31st.)

Late Entry Rates will apply April 15th through check-in.

ALL-ACCESS PASS - Adult Standard Fee $125 (Late Entry $150)

Over 24-hours of TTRPGs, LARPs, Board Games, and more! available, spread out comfortably over the weekend. 
Plus, access to the Styx (whether you want it or not) and all social hours.
 

       Age 14-18 - $50    /   Under Age 14 - Free

SPECIAL WE LOVE NEWBIES PASS (1st Wilmark In-Person Event) - Adult Rate $50

Where do these fees go?

In addition to the costs of the event venue, The Wilmark Dynasty has annual overhead and storage costs, production costs such as printing and decorating for the event, we provide some limited snacks and drinks, and we also foot the bill for some of the overhead costs for our amazing volunteer event staff. 

Not sure you can afford to come?
We are often looking for extra help with set-up, breakdown, and transportation to and from our storage bin, if you would like to help offset some of your cost.  Please get in touch and we'll try to help each other out!
