Step 4:  Hotel Bookings

Standard Room $95 + taxes and fees
(1 King bed or
2 Double beds)

 

Suites $129 +

(mostly 1 Queen bed + 

1 pull-out sofa bed)

 

2-bedroom Suites $139 +
(1 Queen, 1 Queen or Double, plus 1 double pull-out)

Room rates for Thursday and Sunday nights will be approx $20 cheaper.

All rooms include a mini-fridge and microwave, free wifi, and breakfast until 9am. 
Some of the larger suites have kitchenettes. 

Hotel Bookings will work a little differently this year.  We are doing a group-booking, rather than having you each book individually.  There are pros and cons to the system, but it will give us the flexibility we need to guarantee we keep our room block intact.  

 

  • We will guarantee the rooms as a group.

  • You will pay for your individual sleeping rooms at check-in.

  • One person in your group must fill in the Hotel Booking form by March 31st.

  • Some areas of the hotel are currently being renovated, so we cannot guarantee exact room types; we will be asking for your range of acceptable options and will do our utmost to give everyone a top choice.   We thank you in advance for your flexibility. 

  • Last cancellations are April 21st without penalty.

  • Any cancellations after April 21st and no-shows will owe The Wilmark Dynasty for the first-night's rate + taxes and fees. 
     

As with Registration fees, exceptions can be made for drops from the con for positive covid tests or those experiencing symptoms, with proper communication to the Council, so we can make timely cancellations on your behalf.  

How can you help?

  • Fill in this form by March 31st at the latest.

  • We will be doubling some of the sleeping rooms with meeting space for smaller games.  Some of these will be taken by Council members, but others might be available to the GMs of these games at a discounted rate, please tell us if this interests you.  

  • The wing of rooms directly above the meeting space includes a variety of suites, two-room suites, and a few accessible-doubles.  Please tell us if you are happy to have your room-type changed to one of these rooms to keep our noise sheltered from other hotel guests (room rates will vary from $95+ to $139+).  

  • Don't book through any other booking sites or directly with the hotel.  Only book by using our Form, please and thank you.  


​If you are looking for a roommate, try the Facebook Event for Relaxicon 2023!  You can also mention it on this form and we will put you in touch with other folks who also make this request to help you split costs.

One final note:  We have opted (in the interests of bring a bit greener and negotiating a better rate) to forego housekeeping during our stay.  You will need to request things like extra towels from a housekeeping cart or the front desk.
