How do I Participate?

In order to come and play, GM, or just socialize - you'll need to fulfill a couple quick steps. Some take more time than others, but they're all equally important to the success of not just your weekend, but to the group as a whole and the sanity of the GMs and Production Team. So, please, be thorough.

2) Pay.
Pay in advance to save yourself money, AND get first crack at game signups.

3) Book Your Hotel Room. (optional)
The Wilmark Dynasty has agreed to reserve a certain number of hotel rooms to guarantee our great rate on the meeting space. That means we need you to book those rooms and stay over with us. It'll be like a giant sleep over (only you get your own space, for all that lovely beauty sleep). PLEASE, PRETTY PLEASE use our booking form; do not book directly with the hotel by phone or online. The Hotel Reservation Deadline is March 31st. Our negotiated discount rate is $95+ for a standard room (1 King bed or 2 double beds) or $129 for a suite. We have a number of suites to fill to keep our group together and above the con space for a noise buffer, so please consider taking one. These vary, but are mostly 1 queen bed and 1 double pull-out sofa. More details can be found on our Hotel page.
4) Submit a Game or Event! (optional)
What good is a con without any games, right? Tell us what you want to run or host, and we'll try to make it work. There's more detail on the Game Submission Form page. The schedule is now live, but we will happily still take event/game bids, and see whether we can accommodate them.

It's a win-win - you guarantee a place for yourself in that supercool game you want to play, and it helps GMs know they'll have a full complement of players (which they really appreciate). Yes, you can just show up if you want to and fill in remaining spaces at the last minute - but, if you can, take a look at the schedule and sign up in advance, please and thank you with a cherry on top.
